Acetaminophen appears to be a good substitute for aspirin, especially in patients with gastric problems or anticoagulated, and can be administered during pregnancy and children. Has, however, anti-inflammatory activity and very poor, on that side, is not able to compete with acetylsalicylic acid.
So far, it seems that all is well.
However, recently did an article critical to its appearance on a major site.
Too bad that it was ignored.
